Why is mental health important?
How you view yourself and experiences in life is all based on self-esteem. When someone walks into a room, its quite easy to depict whether they have low or high self esteem. Taking care of your health (mental) is how you maintain high self-esteem in order to bounce back easily from anything. Mind you self-esteem is one aspect of mental health but it is tied to every aspect (I know its weird).
Why do this?
- Because growing up most of us had no clue what to do in terms of mental health. You can always start now its never too late
- I’m no expert, I give advice based on my own life experiences and what I have done to evolve (trust me I dont always welcome change, I struggled at first).
- I’m here to make sure you stay disciplined, blogging also helps me stay disciplined (no one is consistent 24/7, like I said more about how you bounce back) “I fall 9 times and get up 10” – Cardi b.
